What kind of leather do you use?

We use top-grain leather on all of our products. This high-quality leather is soft, durable, and retains its natural beauty over time.


Is your leather full aniline or semi-aniline?

We use semi-aniline leather. Semi-aniline leather is more durable than full aniline while maintaining a natural look and feel. A light surface coating with a small amount of pigment provides color consistency and additional protection, making it resistant to water, stains, and wear.


Do you use bonded leather on any of your products?

No, we do not use bonded leather on any of our products. All seating and armrest areas feature top-grain leather. Some collections use 100% top-grain leather throughout, while others use a combination of top-grain leather and split-grain (genuine) leather or PU material on the sides and back for structural integrity.


What are “natural kisses" of leather?

Our leather is made from South American cowhide, which naturally contains unique markings such as small scars, healed scratches, and subtle texture variations. These “natural kisses” are hallmarks of authenticity — no two hides or sofas are ever identical.


Are your products pet-friendly?

While our top-grain leather is highly durable, pets can cause damage through scratching or chewing. Please note that our warranty does not cover pet-related damage.


Do your sofas puddle?

Minor “puddling” (soft wrinkling of the leather over time) is natural with high-quality leather and adds to its comfort and character. For care tips, visit our Leather Care Guide.


Are your leather sofas protected with anything?

Yes. All Prospera Home sofas, loveseats, recliners, and chairs are made with semi-aniline leather featuring a light protective coating, helping resist scratches, moisture, and fading while maintaining a supple texture.


Will it fit in my home?

We recommend measuring your space and delivery entrances carefully before placing an order. You can review our Measuring for Delivery Guide for details on doorways, stairways, and room dimensions to ensure a smooth delivery.


Where is your furniture made?

Our furniture is designed in California and crafted by skilled artisans in North America and Asia using globally sourced materials. Each piece meets our strict quality standards for durability, comfort, and craftsmanship.


Where are you based?

Our Costco Next Member Support team is located in Chino, California. We are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PT, and closed on weekends and all major holidays.


How does shipping work?

Shipping is included on all standard orders (some remote locations may require an additional delivery fee). Orders typically ship within two to five business days, with delivery in three to five weeks depending on location. We also offer White Glove Delivery, which includes in-home placement, unpacking, and assembly.


Can I delay my delivery?

If you’d like us to hold your order, please contact us before it ships. We can hold orders for up to 30 days at no charge. After shipping, storage fees may apply for delayed delivery requests.


What is your return policy?

Most products are eligible for return within 90 days of delivery. Items from our Clearance collection must be returned within 7 days. Please review our full Return Policy for details.


What is your warranty?

Prospera Home offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not include normal wear, accidental damage, or pet-related issues. For more information, please see our Warranty Policy.
