Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Included

All Prospera Home products purchased through Costco Next include standard delivery service within the continental United States (selected service areas). Shipping costs are included in the product price.

Please note that very remote locations or urban areas with restricted access may require additional arrangements and charges. If you believe your address may be in one of these areas, please contact our Customer Support team prior to ordering for confirmation. Prospera Home does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
  • The estimated arrival time is generally 3–5 weeks from the date of your order.
  • Made-to-order or customized furniture generally arrives within 14–16 weeks of purchase.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on product availability, carrier scheduling, and your delivery location. You will be contacted by the carrier when your order is ready to schedule delivery.

3. Delivery Method – White Glove Service Included

Prospera Home provides premium White Glove Delivery Service, which is included with your purchase.
This service includes:

  • Two or more delivery professionals bringing your furniture into your home.
  • Placement and assembly of your furniture in the room of your choice.
  • Unpacking of the product.
  • Removal of all packaging materials upon request.

Once your order arrives at the delivering terminal, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery appointments are typically made Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

4. Missed Delivery Appointments

If you are not available during your scheduled delivery window and the freight company must return with your order, an additional delivery fee may apply. To avoid rescheduling fees, please ensure someone over the age of 18 is available at the scheduled delivery time to receive and sign for your furniture.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

When your shipment arrives:

  1. Verify that the number of boxes delivered matches the number listed on the bill of lading before signing the delivery receipt.
  2. Inspect all cartons carefully for signs of damage such as dents, holes, rips, or tears before signing.
  3. If any damage is visible, note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and retain a copy for your records.
  4. If no damage is noted at the time of delivery, Prospera Home will assume the product was delivered in good condition. Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Installation Details

White Glove Delivery includes complete setup and assembly of the furniture in your home. Please ensure:

  • The room is ready and cleared for placement prior to delivery.
  • There is a clear pathway to the room of choice.
  • Delivery personnel cannot move or remove existing furniture.

7. Shipping Exceptions

Additional time may be required for deliveries to rural or remote areas. If your address requires special delivery equipment, ferry service, or stair carry, our delivery team will coordinate in advance to confirm the arrangements. Shipping is only available within the contiguous United States.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Contact Prospera Home Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order information.
  • Our team will review your claim and arrange for technician service, part replacement, or product replacement as applicable.
